- Nancy Russell began working at The Frame Shop in 1986. Two years later, she bought the business from Hugh and Adele Cheney. Nancy has achieved the title of Certified Picture Framer, the highest level of professional recognition in picture framing. She has a great sense for color and design, plus years of experience.
- Emily Russell Smalls joined her mother in business in 2004. Emily handles all the business logistics and runs the day-to-day operation.
- Robert DiGiacinto has worked at The Frame Shop on and off for a total of 13 years. He has his degree in theater design and has taught classes at both Ithaca College and Wells. Robert has an excellent eye and also holds the title of Certified Picture Framer.
- Richard Sprentall has been at The Frame Shop since 2001. Richard is an excellent craftsman and has worked for many years as a carpenter and woodworker.
- Will King began picture framing in 2006. He spent several years as a graphic designer at Bully Hill Winery. Will has his bachelor's degree in art education and his master's in curriculum design.
- Kristin Konchar-Schafer has been here since 2006. She is a trained nutritionist but works at The Frame Shop part-time.
