- Nancy Russell began working at The Frame Shop in 1986. Two years later, she bought the business from Hugh and Adele Cheney. Nancy has achieved the title of Certified Picture Framer, the highest level of professional recognition in picture framing. She has a great sense for color and design, plus years of experience. Although Nancy has retired, she is still available by appointment.
- Emily Russell Smalls joined her mother in business in 2004. Emily handles all the business logistics and runs the day-to-day operation.
- Robert DiGiacinto has worked at The Frame Shop on and off for a total of 15 years. He has his degree in theater design and has taught classes at both Ithaca College and Wells. Robert has an excellent eye and also holds the title of Certified Picture Framer.
- Richard Sprentall has been at The Frame Shop since 2001. Richard is an excellent craftsman and has worked for many years as a carpenter and woodworker.
- Gavin Keaty is the newest member of our team. Although he just joined us in April of 2010, he has years of picture framing experience and has a wonderful Irish accent.
